i turn complexity into clear, scalable knowledge systems

flux

knowledge infrastructure, built to keep pace

Flux is a fictional, fast-moving B2B SaaS company: an AI code review tool that turns pull requests into plain-language summaries for Product Managers, CSMs, and executives. What’s built here is a fully operational knowledge infrastructure, designed for a lean learning team keeping pace with a product that ships fast.

  • The Current: the source of truth the learning team writes and maintains, translating raw engineering knowledge into something every team can actually use

  • The Grid: 22 sample content blocks, each one feeding multiple outputs across systems, tools, and channels to simulate a full content block catalog

  • The Pulse: live dashboard tracking what's out of date and what's actually being read, across every channel

WHAT TO NOTICE:

3 interconnected systems, one live-sync demo, built in roughly 13 hours

AI Fluency

a program that builds itself around who you are

AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations is a real course by Anthropic, released under an open license. This is a remix — built to show what the same framework could look like as a personalized, adaptive learning experience instead of a video series. The same static-course problem shows up everywhere; this is one course, reimagined.

  • Two questions at intake [what you do, how much you've used AI] and the program assembles around the answers

  • A nurse, a teacher, and a small business owner move through the same four competencies but face entirely different scenarios, tasks, and feedback

  • Nothing is scored traditionally; every exercise responds to the specific decision made, and assessment data collects quietly along the way

WHAT TO NOTICE:

Built in about 12 hours — a comparable module built conventionally runs 40+

coins cx

a self-sustaining system for customer experience

COINS is a fictional fintech company — stablecoin-powered card infrastructure that lets partners launch Visa and Mastercard programs settled in USDC instead of fiat. As COINS grows, so does the pressure on its CX team: more partners, more BPO agents, more edge cases, all needing to perform at one standard. The system had to work for two personas [someone trained yesterday and someone who's been running the desk for a year] without splitting into two separate programs to maintain.

  • Learning Strategy: the system's structure — tier progression, certification standards, QA-driven refresh

  • CX Onboarding Course: gets every new agent to eligibility in weeks, not months

  • LMS Design Mockup: live reporting so nobody's ever guessing where the system stands

WHAT TO NOTICE:

This system started as work for a real fintech client, then was rebuilt from the ground up as COINS — same structure, same standards, fully rebuilt into a fictional company for this portfolio.

stop duct-taping learning together

It only held up when the tech sat still long enough to look like we were keeping up. It’s time to architect a learning system that doesn’t need constant patching.

I build programs that assemble around who's learning, formats that work with AI instead of around it, and systems to catch what's gone stale before someone has to notice.

“What truly sets Jess apart is her inquisitive nature, her relentless drive to find solutions, and her commitment to continuous improvement. She’s always thinking about how to make things better—more sophisticated, more polished, and more effective. Her willingness to contribute elevates the entire team.”

i don’t wear many hats. I see through multiple lenses.

Research taught me how people learn. Deploying technology forced me to scale it. Developing technical content pushed me to simplify it. I bring all three of these viewpoints into building learning ecosystems that actually work.
